शिक्षित बनो, संगठित रहो

To awaken a sense of self-respect among Dalit’s, he inspired them to become educated, to unite, and to fight for their rights.

Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar (Babasaheb) dedicated his life to the upliftment, dignity, and equality of Dalit’s. He believed that Dalit’s should fight for their rights by becoming self-reliant, educated, and organized. He encouraged Dalit’s to embrace Buddhism as a means to achieve social justice and to facilitate the abolition of the caste system and the eradication of the practice of untouchability.

SESCTA’s Primary Objective: To empower the Dalit community—under the principle of ‘Pay Back to Society’—by making them educated, organized, and ready to struggle for their rights, thereby enabling them to become self-reliant and secure their rightful entitlements.

Concrete efforts at the social, economic, and educational levels are essential to empower and assist the Dalit community (Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes). By adopting Babasaheb Dr. Bhim rao Ambedkar’s core mantra—"Educate, Organize, and Agitate"—positive change can be brought about within society.

SESCTA implements various schemes aimed at improving the standard of living for the weaker or vulnerable sections of society; these initiatives include providing access to educational facilities, employment opportunities, livelihood support, affordable healthcare, and other essential amenities.

The Slogan ‘Educate, Organize, Agitate’: To instill a sense of self-respect among Dalit’s, he inspired them to pursue education, to unite, and to fight for their rights.
